The People Behind Penguin Traveller

Behind Penguin Traveller is a crew shaped by experience, trust, and shared values. Every member of our team brings many years of hands-on work from Zanzibar’s tourism industry, and they continue to learn from one another every day.

Johnson and Sanna have personally trained each captain, guide, and driver to be the very best at what they do; not only in skills, but in care, responsibility, and how to truly look after our guests.

This team is more than staff; it is a group of people who believe in the same way of working, living, and showing Zanzibar as we know it. Together, they are what make every journey feel safe, personal, and unforgettable.
