Deposit and Cancellations

• Deposit: A 15% deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit is not refundable. Unless otherwise arranged, the remaining balance must be paid three days before pick-up.

• Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the excursion, or no-shows on the day, are non-refundable.

• Weather & Safety: If we cancel your trip due to weather or safety reasons (e.g. heavy rain or wind) and a new trip cannot be scheduled before your departure, you will receive a full refund.

• Dolphin Guarantee: If no dolphins are seen, you are welcome to join us again free of charge on another day (subject to availability).
