Deposit and Cancellations

• Deposit: A 15% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid three days before pick-up, unless otherwise arranged.

• Cancellations: Cancellations less than 48 hours before pick-up are non-refundable. The deposit is not refundable.

• Our Guarantee: If your trip is canceled by Penguin Traveller due to weather or unforeseen conditions, and a new trip cannot be scheduled before your departure, you will receive a full refund.
